ATXN2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATXN2L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,727 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATXN2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASSF1, KCTD9, and ENO2. Each is linked with ATXN2L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN2L-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RASSF1 grouped by ATXN2L-low versus ATXN2L-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
