ATXN2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATXN2L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 984 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATXN2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP1, SNX27, and PRR30. Each is linked with ATXN2L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN2L-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCP1 grouped by ATXN2L-low versus ATXN2L-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
