Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATXN10 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATXN10 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher ATXN10 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATXN10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and GBM show a favorable association.

CCRCC, PDAC, and HNSC are the cancer types where ATXN10 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
