ATXN10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATXN10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,647 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATXN10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLDIP3, XRCC6, and ZC3H7B. Each is linked with ATXN10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN10-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATXN10 versus POLDIP3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
