Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATXN10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,286 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATXN10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL134P, ATP6V1E1P2, and GAGE12H. Each is linked with ATXN10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN10-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL134P grouped by ATXN10-low versus ATXN10-high in UCEC.
