Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATXN10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATXN10-associated genes across cancer lineages are YAP, 4E-BP1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ATXN10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN10-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YAP grouped by ATXN10-low versus ATXN10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
