ATXN10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATXN10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,328 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATXN10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMM50, XRCC6, and POLDIP3. Each is linked with ATXN10 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN10-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATXN10 versus SAMM50 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
