Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATXN10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,617 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATXN10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, DNA replication-dependent chromatin assembly, and Caveola assembly. Each is linked with ATXN10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN10-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN10 results are reported.
