ATRX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATRX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,515 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATRX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HCFC1, TCEAL1, and PPIF. Each is linked with ATRX in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATRX-to-partner and partner-to-ATRX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATRX versus HCFC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATRX→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATRX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
