ATRX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATRX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,178 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATRX-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUD13, CHEK1, and BUB3. Each is linked with ATRX in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATRX-to-partner and partner-to-ATRX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUD13 grouped by ATRX-low versus ATRX-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATRX→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATRX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
