ATRX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATRX mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATRX-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, ASNS, and p70-S6K. Each is linked with ATRX in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATRX-to-partner and partner-to-ATRX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP2 grouped by ATRX-low versus ATRX-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATRX→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATRX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
