ATRX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATRX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,174 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATRX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMXL2, IQCB1, and CYFIP2. Each is linked with ATRX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATRX-to-partner and partner-to-ATRX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMXL2 grouped by ATRX-low versus ATRX-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATRX→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATRX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
