ATRNL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATRNL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,270 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATRNL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRMP1, ANK2, and PPP1R12B. Each is linked with ATRNL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATRNL1-to-partner and partner-to-ATRNL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATRNL1 versus CRMP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATRNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATRNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
