ATRNL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATRNL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,838 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATRNL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZSWIM4, LARGE2, and TMEM215. Each is linked with ATRNL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATRNL1-to-partner and partner-to-ATRNL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATRNL1 versus ZSWIM4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATRNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATRNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
