Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATRN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATRN data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher ATRN Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATRN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
PRAD, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where ATRN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
