Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATRIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,169 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATRIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX30, QRICH1, and RBM15B. Each is linked with ATRIP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATRIP-to-partner and partner-to-ATRIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATRIP versus DHX30 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATRIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATRIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
