ATRIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATRIP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATRIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, EGFR_pY1068, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with ATRIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATRIP-to-partner and partner-to-ATRIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by ATRIP-low versus ATRIP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATRIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATRIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
