ATRAID

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATRAID mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATRAID-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR128-1, RPL23AP76, and FAM96AP1. Each is linked with ATRAID in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATRAID-to-partner and partner-to-ATRAID results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR128-1 grouped by ATRAID-low versus ATRAID-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATRAID→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATRAID) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
