ATR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,124 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are U2SURP, RUVBL2, and GMPS. Each is linked with ATR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATR-to-partner and partner-to-ATR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATR versus U2SURP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
