ATR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 91 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATR-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1_pT70, Cyclin-E2, and ATM. Each is linked with ATR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATR-to-partner and partner-to-ATR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1_pT70 grouped by ATR-low versus ATR-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
