ATR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,519 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATR-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOBOX, PGM3, and SYDE2. Each is linked with ATR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATR-to-partner and partner-to-ATR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOBOX grouped by ATR-low versus ATR-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
