ATPSCKMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATPSCKMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,996 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATPSCKMT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSUN2, MTA2, and NIPBL. Each is linked with ATPSCKMT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATPSCKMT-to-partner and partner-to-ATPSCKMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATPSCKMT versus NSUN2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATPSCKMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATPSCKMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
