ATPSCKMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATPSCKMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,068 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATPSCKMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT5, RAD1, and ICE1. Each is linked with ATPSCKMT in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATPSCKMT-to-partner and partner-to-ATPSCKMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATPSCKMT versus CCT5 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATPSCKMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATPSCKMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
