Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATPSCKMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,873 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATPSCKMT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of sensory perception of pain, Meiotic recombination checkpoint signaling, and Protein localization to nuclear inner membrane. Each is linked with ATPSCKMT in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATPSCKMT-to-partner and partner-to-ATPSCKMT results are reported.
