ATPAF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATPAF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,805 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATPAF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCOR1, ALKBH5, and METTL16. Each is linked with ATPAF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATPAF2-to-partner and partner-to-ATPAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATPAF2 versus NCOR1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATPAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATPAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
