ATPAF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATPAF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 365 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATPAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4C49P, DPPA5P1, and MRPL32P1. Each is linked with ATPAF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATPAF2-to-partner and partner-to-ATPAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4C49P grouped by ATPAF2-low versus ATPAF2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATPAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATPAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
