Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATPAF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATPAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, VHL, and CD31. Each is linked with ATPAF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATPAF2-to-partner and partner-to-ATPAF2 results are reported.
