Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATPAF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,724 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATPAF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycine biosynthetic process, DNA topological change, and Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process. Each is linked with ATPAF2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATPAF2-to-partner and partner-to-ATPAF2 results are reported.
