ATPAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATPAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATPAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are XBP1, eIF4E, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with ATPAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATPAF1-to-partner and partner-to-ATPAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XBP1 grouped by ATPAF1-low versus ATPAF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATPAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATPAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
