ATP9B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP9B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,633 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP9B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTDP1, TXNL1, and SMAD2. Each is linked with ATP9B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP9B-to-partner and partner-to-ATP9B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP9B versus CTDP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP9B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP9B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
