ATP9A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP9A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,891 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP9A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPRC, MLKL, and ITFG1. Each is linked with ATP9A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP9A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP9A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP9A versus PTPRC in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
