ATP9A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP9A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,632 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP9A-associated genes across cancer lineages are STX11, NKG7, and CD274. Each is linked with ATP9A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP9A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP9A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP9A versus STX11 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
