ATP9A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP9A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,002 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP9A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCBTB1, PIGK, and ENPP4. Each is linked with ATP9A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP9A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP9A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCBTB1 grouped by ATP9A-low versus ATP9A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
