ATP8B3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP8B3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,245 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP8B3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA1, P4HA2, and PLOD1. Each is linked with ATP8B3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP8B3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP8B3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP8B3 versus P4HA1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP8B3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP8B3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
