The most reproducible ATP8B3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament depolymerization, Protein depolymerization, and Keratinocyte development. Each is linked with ATP8B3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP8B3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP8B3 results are reported.
