Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP8A2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,044 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP8A2P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Cytosolic transport, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay. Each is linked with ATP8A2P2 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP8A2P2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP8A2P2 results are reported.
