ATP7B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,208 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP7B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISG20, DDAH1, and NBEA. Each is linked with ATP7B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP7B-to-partner and partner-to-ATP7B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP7B versus ISG20 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
