Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP7B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,899 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDZRN3, ACKR2, and ZNF25. Each is linked with ATP7B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP7B-to-partner and partner-to-ATP7B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP7B versus PDZRN3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
