The most reproducible ATP7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF5A, GPHN, and TAF13. Each is linked with ATP7B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP7B-to-partner and partner-to-ATP7B results are reported.
