Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP7B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, Cyclin-B1, and MEK1. Each is linked with ATP7B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP7B-to-partner and partner-to-ATP7B results are reported.
