Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP7B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 420 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM31, PALD1, and PSMG2. Each is linked with ATP7B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP7B-to-partner and partner-to-ATP7B results are reported.
