The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ATP6V1G3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V1G3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
BRCA, CESC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ATP6V1G3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
