Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V1G2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,734 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1G2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH2, RBM28, and METTL1. Each is linked with ATP6V1G2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1G2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1G2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP6V1G2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP6V1G2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
