Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V1G2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,119 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1G2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASQ2, HRC, and AOC3. Each is linked with ATP6V1G2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1G2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1G2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP6V1G2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP6V1G2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
