Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V1G1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,066 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1G1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, Regulation of RNA splicing, and Positive regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with ATP6V1G1P2 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1G1P2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1G1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination grouped by ATP6V1G1P2-low versus ATP6V1G1P2-high in STAD.
