The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ATP6V1G1P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V1G1P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SARC show a favorable association.
