Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP6V1G1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP6V1G1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ATP6V1G1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V1G1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, CHOL, and MESO are the cancer types where ATP6V1G1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
