ATP6V1E2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V1E2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,160 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP6V1E2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRBD1, DCAF17, and SCRN3. Each is linked with ATP6V1E2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1E2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1E2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP6V1E2 versus SRBD1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP6V1E2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP6V1E2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
