Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V1E2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 532 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1E2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC11A, GPRC5D, and LAMP5. Each is linked with ATP6V1E2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1E2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1E2 results are reported.
