The most reproducible ATP6V1E2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, TAZ, and SCD. Each is linked with ATP6V1E2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1E2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1E2 results are reported.
